Groups

We offer a range of support, psycho-educational and psychological treatment groups at our offices in Gordon. These groups are run by experienced facilitators and may offer a combination of skills development, psycho-education, treatment, support or specific therapeutic interventions.

Being Mums

A group for mothers with babies (up to 1-year-old) who feel stressed at times and find it hard to cope.

Hoarding Disorder

Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney offers a 15-week group treatment program for  Hoarding Disorder. This program is based is  based on the Book “Buried in Treasures”, written by David Tolin, Gail Steketee and Randy Frost, world leaders in the treatment of Hoarding Disorder

Depression/Bipolar Group

Do you have depression or bipolar disorder? Are you looking for strategies to manage your illness and wellbeing? R.E.A.C.H might be for you!

ECLIPSE Group

ECLIPSE is a support group for adults who have survived a suicide attempt. The group provides an opportunity to meet and talk with others who have survived a suicide attempt. Participants may learn skills that assist in coping with feelings and thoughts of suicide in order to stay safe in the future.

Hoarding Disorder: Family as Motivators

10-week program for family or carers of a person with Hoarding Disorder, focusing on how to support your loved one while also managing your own wellbeing.

Managing Your Mood

A new group that, over 16 weeks, gives participants a range of skills to enable them to better deal with negative and painful emotions, and to communicate and build relationships more effectively.

Suicide Bereavement

Each year around 20,000 Australians are impacted by the death of a loved one to suicide. More people die by suicide than in car accidents.
